Trafford Development Team Gala
A tough competition a couple of weeks ago against the other Borough Clubs, being pipped for second place by a single point.

R5 Point-score Results
Some exciting racing last Sunday and an excellent return on Point score PBs.
It’s all up for grabs in June for the 2019 Championship -7 boys in contention and as many as 18 girls with a shout of taking the trophy.
Make sure not to miss the final round.

M&D Prog A Semi Final
3rd May
Semi Final day brought Trafford Metro, Flixton and Glossop to Stretford, all striving to qualify for this season’s Final.
Trafford took the win, with Flixton pipping is for second by a point. We await the result of the second semi final to discover which teams qualify.

Arena Manchester (COMAST) Meet
Just a small number of swimmers this weekend, with a few of our competitive swimmers away swimming and Rossall Swim Camp hours away, nevertheless some fantastic swims. Times are now available here:

Point Score Times
Was superb to see so many new swimmers taking part in their first point score last weekend. We will have promotion news sent out via email next week, but for now, the swimmer times are posted here.

M&D Prog B Final
Well done to our older swimmers finishing third in this season’s Prog B final, behind Glossop and champions Trafford Mets. A tremendous competition on Sale last Sunday saw many new PBs and our team finishing in front of local rivals Flixton (4th) and Altrincham (5th).
The full result is now published on the M&D Swimming website and it’s great to be able to report that our Boys team won their competition, beating Trafford Mets into second place by 7 points. Well done guys:

Yet another exciting evening of racing, with Flixton Swim Team taking the honors @StretfordSV. We were really proud of our young squad finishing third overall, the majority of our team competing in an event like this for the first time. We hope you all enjoyed it.

We’ve created a new programme, resulting in a change to the Silver 50m promotion times, event running order (Gold, then Silver followed by Bronze events) and a change to the start time from the start of this year.
The changes are:-
Event 1,2 and 3 = 100 Back then 50 Back then 25 Back
Event 4,5 and 6 = Gold alternative, Silver Alternative, Bronze alternative
Event 7,8 and 9 = 100 Breast, 50 Breast, 25 Breast
Event 10,11 and 12 = 100 Fly, 50 Fly, 25 Fly
Event 13, 14 and 15 = 100 Free, 50 Free and 25 Free
